2013年9月29日中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（简称上海自贸区）的正式挂牌掀开了中国经济发展的新篇章，引导着中国未来20年经济发展方向，标志着中国已进入全面深化改革和进一步扩大开放的新阶段。依据国务院通过的《中国（上海）自由贸易试验区总体方案》精神，上海自贸区将成为中国经济新引擎，是政府职能转变、金融制度、贸易服务、外商投资和税收政策等多项改革措施的试验田。我们期待通过上海自贸区的建设，创造出一个符合国际惯例、自由开放、鼓励创新的市场经济环境，为中国经济转型和升级提供可推广、可复制的经验。在上海自贸区建设步伐不断加快的进程中，被开出的人才需求清单也越来越长。如何培养适应自贸区发展所需人才，已成为当前高校尤其上海地区高校的迫切任务。
为加强对上海自贸区建设深度和广度的认知，扩大上海自贸区改革推动的国际效应，推进学术界对中国“再开放”政策研究，以及推动以全球产业结构调整需求为导向的国际化人才培养模式的探讨和交流，上海外国语大学国际金融贸易学院拟于2014年4月26—27日举办“中国自贸区改革与国际化复合型人才培育国际研讨会”。现向学界和实务界诚征会议论文，从会议论文中择优选择参会人员。
会议有关事项说明如下。

三、论文要求
应征论文不加页码，依次包括以下项目：（1）题目（居中，三号黑体，上下各空1行）；（2）【摘要】（五号黑体，顶格），摘要内容（小五号宋体）；（3）【关键词】（五号黑体），关键词（小五号宋体，下空1行）；（4）题目、摘要和关键词的英文内容使用Times New Roman字体，字号与中文部分相同，【Abstract】、【Key Words】加粗；（5）正文（五号宋体，单倍行距），文中标题用黑体（字号依次为小三号、四号、五号），图表分别按顺序编号；（6）参考文献（五号黑体），著录内容可参考《经济研究》文后参考文献。
字数控制在6,000-20,000字。

请在2014年3月31日（24:00）之前将论文电子版发送至shisuic2014@163.com，并在邮件主题上注明“作者+论文题目”。会务组将根据投稿论文质量，在4月7日之前发出正式邀请函。
五、会务费
本研讨会不收取会务费，但参会者差旅费、食宿费需自理。

CALL FOR PAPERS
With the aim to enhance a better understanding of Shanghai free trade zone(FTZ), to spread the international influence of Shanghai FTZ, to promote the research on China’s “reopen” policy and to discuss how to provide students with an international view as required by the global industrial structural adjustment, submissions are now called for “International Conference on the Influence of Shanghai Free Trade Zone &Training of Inter-disciplinary Students in a Global Context” to be held on April 26-27, 2014, organized by School of Economics and Finance, Shanghai International Studies University.

V. Fees
No conference fee will be charged. The participants are paying their travel cost, accommodation and meals.
